Westwood Day 2024

Westwood Day is just around the corner on September 21,2024, and it promises to be an event-filled day of community fun! The festivities kick off with fireworks on Friday night after the football game, setting the stage for an exciting Saturday.

Start your morning with the 5K Road Race at 9:00 AM or the 1 Mile Fun Run at 10:00 AM. Don’t forget to sign up early—register by August 29th to score a free 5K t-shirt! 

This year’s Westwood Day is packed with activities for all ages. Enjoy face painting, sports and games, pumpkin decorating, and the Touch a Truck display. The Roaming Railroad will be on-site for the kids, and local musicians and entertainers will perform throughout the day until 3pm.

With over 125 merchants in the vendor village and a variety of food vendors, you’ll have plenty to explore and enjoy. Be sure to visit the vendors and discover unique products and delicious food options.

Families and schools are encouraged to participate in the fun run—there’s even a School Spirit Trophy up for grabs! The Westwood Elementary School with the most participants and spirit will proudly display the trophy until next year’s event.
